1/2cSlivered blanched almonds
1/3cSugar
1cWater
2 1/2cMilk
1/2tsOrange blossom water
  (optional)
1dsAlmond extract (optional)
2/3cVanilla ice cream
  (optional)

Blend almonds, sugar, and water until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend until slightly thickened (if you use ice cream, it will be quite thick).
